GROW model

 

1-1 Coaching really is about you and this is an effective tool to improving on challenges that you may be facing.

Using the GROW model ( Goals / Reality /Options/ Will) we will help you explore your challenges more in depth and get to a working model of objectives. We support you through  a series of 1-1 dicussions (by video, or in-person) , really listening to you and guiding you on this journey to uncover the way forward.

This process is definately not about telling you how should do it, we engage with you through feedback and helping you to discover options that will work.

Ultimately its you who has to agree your plan and make it work .  

 

Apart from the 1-1 discussions we are happy to take your queries when an idea or issue comes to mind

 

beyond the ordinary

 

Once you've had your plan in place for 2 months and working towards its objectives, we'll agree a date with you to follow up - we call this a Pulse Check - its an opportunity for you to let us know and expalin what you have achieved or what needs to be re-modelled
