how do we deliver
This programme is delivered for Groups / Tribes who want to improve / enhance their skill-set or for current supervisors looking to gain further knowledge and prepare for their journey to leadership level.
Its delivered in a group session ( classroom setting) and duration is dependent on the number of building blocks chosen. Usually one building block could take a few hours to half day.
At the end of the programme theres a test to achieve the standard of knowledge gained.
