Here at TRIBE we really do love to engage with people, its part of our DNA. We believe that leaders should  have their own identity and vision. Tribes, groups, teams  and individuals need an identitiy to truly add value and meaning to the workplace

 

We are thinkers, strategists, travellers, entrepreneurs, planners, managers, leaders, foodies, social beings, developers, inspirers, challengers, creators, networkers, dreamers and talent spotters.

 

We specialise in leadership development for individuals, tribes  and  various organisations around the globe. TRIBE really is focused on leaders creating a vision and an identity, we see this as a 'key' enabler to lead and build teams to achieve business success.

TRIBE is based out of the UK  and is led by Stuart Cox who has over thirty five years experience working for global and entrepreneurial hospitality/ leisure organisations (Hilton, IHG, Corinthia Hotels, Divan, Dusit Thani, Morgans Hotel Group, Spirit Group, Arik Air, Harrods & Carnival Cruises) in senior human resources leadership  and operational positions, culminating as Vice President - Human Resources.

Stuart has worked extensively around the Arabian Gulf Countries,  Africa, Thailand, UK,  United States, The Caribbean and Europe.

 

Stuart has a real passion for all things related to customer, client, standards and career development. He is a member of the Institute of Leadership, certified in their 5 leadership dimensions and an accredited coaching professional. He is also a member of the Association for Coaching as well as completing a Post Graduate in Agile Leadership. Stuart also gained a qualification in Leadership & Management from Austin Peay State University.  Continuing his professional development he also achieved a distinction after completing a  Diploma in Coaching with Austen Peay State University.

Whether you are an individual  or an organisation we get started with a discovery call to understand how we could help with your topic, we can do this by phone or video call depending where you are in the world
