In my 15 years of hospitality experience, one of the best leaders I have ever worked with was Stuart. He is thorough, great attention to detail, so much creativity and passion that I myself want to do more of because his leadership engages you to be great at what you do. He inspired me to be a coach and his empathetic style led me to be where I am today. His drive in making sure teams are developed is what I admire the most.
