what we do
we work globally, although we specialise in europe, middle east and asia sourcing quality talent for global organisations, regional operators and smaller entrepreneurial groups, we source candidates at assistant management level up to exec leadership / decision makers. we work with hospitality and retail clients ( hotels, bars, restaurants, private yachting and private residences)
we understand how important it is for an organisation no matter the size to have the 'right talent' to fit the company culture and job role, that's why we make it a priority to have a detailed brief on any job role, discussing the person specification and job description.

how we do it
we attach the same relevance to engaging with candidates who may be asked to complete a screening document. if successful at this stage candidates are invited to meet with us via a video call which allows us to hear more about the candidates experience, aspirations and to answer any questions.
we want to ensure there's a good 'match' for both candidate and client. candidates whom we shortlist will also complete a competency based video interview which is then attached to the formatted CV for clients to use within the selection process. for senior leadership roles we may also ask candidates to complete an additional assessment (DISC / Personality)
we believe that our bespoke specific selection process adds value for both the client and candidate . we always fully appraise the candidate of the details of the job , salary and benefits attached to the role

we understand the candidate journey and the efforts that candidates make to research a company / role, we know it can be frustrating waiting for news on the progress of your application.
here at tribe we really do want you to have a professional and timely experience with us and we also encourage our clients to move the selection process from their side as quickly as possible to prevent a poor experience and maintain a positive and motivated journey
we generally recruit Assistant Head of Department level roles and upwards to senior leadership / decision makers
we recruit globally, however some countries have a visa restriction process where they can dictate which nationality would be granted an employment visa and for some roles we need to ask relevant information which can vary from country to country including family status, age, dependents, nationality
we do not charge candidates fees for representing to clients

candidate process
Selection process
our process is detailed including video discussions, however the average process can take from 3 days to 14 days
- When you apply, you will receive an acknowledgement
- We'll look at your experience and see if there's a 'fit' to a role, if so we'll send you a form to complete to provide more information, if not we will be happy to hold your details on our database
- At this stage we will decide whether to move forward with you or decline, if moving forward we will invite you to a video discussion with tribe
- If we feel there is a good match on both sides we will reveal the client ( if not confidential) and then invite you to complete a 4 minute leadership assessment on video
- If you wish to move forward and like the client and role, we will ask your permission to send your profile to the client which will include the video you completed and notes from our discussions.
- The client will now decide if they wish to meet with you and generally people etc consulting will administer this communication
Need to know
- we don't send your CV until you give us email authorisation for each role
- we don't send out CVs speculatively without discussing first
- your conversation and application is confidential until the details are sent to the client as per your request
- clients will not contact your current employer
- at shortlist stage the client may ask us to obtain 3 references and generally this would not include the employer you are currently working for
