how do we deliver

The programme has 10 interactive workshops and would be delivered over a period of 6 - 10 months, this flexible approach enables organisations to get on with doing business whilst committing 1 or 2 days per month.

Following each workshop the department leader will work on each principle back in their workplace and then discuss at the next workshop whats been delivered /achieved
